Greenlane to Announce Second Quarter 2023 Results on August 14, 2023 and Host Conference Call

Greenlane intends to announce its 2023 second quarter financial results on Monday, August 14, 2023 after markets close, followed by a conference call at 5:00 PM ET (2:00 PM PT).  Representing management will be Brad Douville, Chief Executive Officer, and Stephanie Mason, Director of Finance.  Monty Balderston, Chief Financial Officer, will be unavailable due to medical reasons. The Company also reports that the previously announced appointments of Brad Douville as Executive Vice Chair and Ian Kane as CEO are expected to follow the release of the Company’s second quarter financial results. The Coalition for Renewable Natural Gas (RNG Coalition) announced a landmark sustainability achievement in the field of renewable energy: North America now has 300 operational RNG facilities, up from just over 30 facilities in 2011 when RNG Coalition was founded. While achieving 300 operational RNG facilities is the result of decades of development, there still remains substantial unrealized potential behind RNG in North America and beyond. RNG Coalition data indicates that 178 more RNG facilities are currently under construction across the U.S. and Canada, with another 303 facilities in planning stages. This equates to 750+ RNG facilities in North America in the coming years, indicating tremendous runway for increased methane capture and utilization.

UGI Energy Services has acquired GHI Energy (GHI), a Houston-based renewable natural gas company. GHI is a leading RNG marketer in California, a state with one of the most robust carbon credit trading programs in the US. GHI is primarily focused on providing vehicle fleets with RNG by coordinating supply from a portfolio of sources across the country. UGI Energy Services said its expertise in energy commodity marketing and its strong customer base will provide a platform for expanding GHI’s marketing, supply & logistics and project expertise into other parts of the country.
