Brad joined as President in 2017 then became CEO in 2019 when the Company commenced trading on the TSX. Prior to Greenlane, Brad had a 25-year career in the natural gas commercial vehicle industry holding various executive roles with a TSX and Nasdaq listed company. Brad carries a MASc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and Executive Program certificate from the Stanford School of Business.

Maura is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years’ experience in diverse management and legal roles with international, publicly-traded companies. She holds a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Laws from University of Western Ontario. Ms. Lendon is also a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors – Rotman School of Management.

Stephanie is a financial professional with over 15 years of experience. Prior to becoming CFO, Stephanie has been with Greenlane for over 4 years, most recently as Director of Finance following a promotion from Corporate Controller. Prior to working at Greenlane, Ms. Mason gained experience at other TSX-listed renewable energy companies managing teams responsible for financial reporting, regulatory compliance and other finance activities. Ms. Mason developed her strong accounting foundation at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she obtained her CPA, CA designation.

Dale has over 25 years’ engineering experience including in the design and development of natural gas engines, fuel systems, and cryogenic systems. Prior to joining Greenlane, Dale was with Westport Fuel Systems Inc. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering (Queen’s University) and an MASc in Mechanical Engineering (University of Victoria).

Tina Langford is a legal executive with 20 years of experience in securities and corporate law. Prior to joining Greenlane in 2020, she held senior legal roles, advising executive leadership in publicly traded companies in the mining, LNG and forestry industries. She brings a deep expertise in commercial matters, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Ms. Langford is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia.

Dan is an accomplished engineer with over 17 years' experience in process design and project execution including deep technical expertise in renewable energy, oil and gas, and water treatment. Dan joined Greenlane in 2018 and has brought his leadership to diverse roles of increasing scope over that time. Dan has a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering (University of Calgary) and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering (National University of Colombia).
